(\u201cConstellation\u201d) announced today that it has completed the purchase of Auto-IT Pty Ltd (\u201cAuto-IT\u201d), a market leading dealer management system provider for franchise automotive, agriculture, trucking and construction equipment markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n The acquisition further expands the Perseus footprint in dealership software markets, having already established a strong presence in North America and the United Kingdom.
