One of our key commitments following the Perseus acquisition was to an increased cadence of high-quality product releases and enhancements. Our support department has delivered significant improvements, with the time to first response improving by 37%, and closure rates yielding a 50% improvement! That means you’re receiving much faster responses to your support tickets.
