New Faces at Auto-IT

Jess focuses on client engagement, retention, and success across New Zealand, helping dealers get the most value from their DMS. In her first year, she’s enjoyed travelling to meet clients and building strong, lasting relationships:

Away from work, Jess loves exploring the outdoors with her husband and two sons, baking new recipes, and losing herself in a good book.

Tom is passionate about making our customers’ jobs easier by designing and implementing software that solves problems seamlessly. He’s already enjoyed diving into exciting projects and appreciates the support of our collaborative team.

Outside of work, Tom loves cooking, home projects, rock climbing, and travelling—recently returning from a safari in Kenya and Tanzania.

Robert specialising in supporting our UNITS® system, helping dealers by analysing and resolving issues—or escalating them for deeper investigation. A car and technology enthusiast, he enjoys the daily variety of client requests and the opportunity to expand his knowledge of both IT and the automotive industry.

Outside of work, Robert can be found at the gym, catching up with friends, exploring restaurants, or behind the camera capturing scenic landscapes.

Sidd is responsible for keeping our infrastructure resilient, secure, and performing at its best. He tells us he’s thriving in Auto-IT’s fast-paced, challenge-rich environment and is eager to keep learning and growing.

Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, photography, graphic design, and travel—already ticking off four countries, with the fifth in his sights.
