Global Engagement, Local Impact: Auto-IT in Action

Over the past twelve months, Auto-IT has been proud to represent our people and products at numerous industry and corporate events, both in Australia and abroad. These gatherings have provided us with valuable opportunities to connect with customers, share insights, expand our knowledge, and enhance our presence in the markets we serve.
Over the last 18 months, we conducted six multi-day user group conventions for our clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia. As with years passed, in 2025, we sponsored, engaged with, and attended the three premiere industry events in Australia: The Brisbane Truck Show, the AADA Convention, and the TMA Convention.
We also took part in our first quarterly strategic review with Constellation Software, along with the other nine DMS businesses in the group; and we took part in the leadership event, Zodiac Epic, in Mont Tremblant, Canada.
It’s been quite the whirlwind!
Industry Events in Australia
Brisbane Truck Show
In May this year, as the official communications sponsor, we sent a team of eight people plus two lucky clients to the iconic Brisbane Truck Show. As the #1 provider of dealer management solutions to the retail trucking industry, this event is an important one for us.
AADA Convention
At the July AADA national convention, eight members of our team joined with automotive retailers to discuss and learn about a broad range of topics, with particular focus on cybersecurity, AI, and the importance of solutions that give dealers full control over their data. As a sponsor and exhibitor at this event for almost 20 years, this always feels like a family reunion, and it just gets better every year.
TMA Convention
Also in July, our team of seven delegates joined the Truck and Machinery Association Convention as a silver sponsor, highlighting how Auto-IT’s systems empower the retail agri and construction equipment industries to leverage the data inside their business for greater efficiency and growth opportunities. As with all events over the last 18 months, cybersecurity and AI discussions were also prominent.
User Group Conventions – May 2024 to June 2025
Between May 2024 and June 2025, Auto-IT hosted six User Group Conventions across Australia, Malaysia and New Zealand. These events brought together Dealer Principals, Financial Controllers, and senior staff from Parts, Service, Sales, and Administration for a series of multi-day events focused on learning and collaboration.
Highlights included:
- Product Insights – hands-on exposure to recently released software features and a first look at our product roadmaps
- Cybersecurity Awareness – expert sessions on safeguarding dealerships and protecting data in today’s digital landscape
- Training Workshops – focused streams within Sales, Admin, Service, Parts, and System Administration, helping teams get the most from the latest product enhancements
- Feedback & Collaboration – open sessions, where attendees contributed ideas and feedback, directly shaping the future of Auto-IT’s dealer management systems
The conventions proved invaluable for both our customers and our team, strengthening partnerships and ensuring Auto-IT continues to deliver solutions aligned with the real-world needs of dealerships.
Zodiac Epic in Mont Tremblant
Also in 2025, Auto-IT leaders took part in Zodiac Epic in Mont Tremblant, a talent management and leadership event hosted by Constellation Software’s Perseus Group. The program brings together leaders from across Constellation’s operating companies for:
- Learning – sharing best practices, case studies, and insights to strengthen each business
- Networking – building relationships with peers across industries and regions
- Collaboration – fostering a spirit of innovation and collective problem-solving
Participation in Zodiac Epic underscores Auto-IT’s commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration, ensuring our people remain connected to the latest ideas and approaches shaping our industry.
Strategic Review in Canada
In July, we participated in our first Constellation Software Quarterly Strategic Review in Canada. Constellation Dealer Group President Sean Raynor commented:
“It was a pleasure welcoming Aaran Newman, Managing Director of Auto-IT, to his first in-person Quarterly Strategic Review in Canada this year. Auto-IT joined our nine other DMS businesses across the globe for a highly productive week of sharing best practices and industry insights. The ability to tap into this collective knowledge is a powerful advantage, and I’m confident Auto-IT will put these learnings to work to better serve our customers.”
This event reinforced Auto-IT’s position within a global network of DMS providers and gave us a platform to contribute to—and benefit from—the collective experience of Constellation Software’s businesses.
