New Releases Deliver Efficiency, Accuracy, and Smarter Decision-Making

Auto-IT’s latest product releases, Enable AP Workflow and Tech Mobile, are designed to help dealers cut wasted time, reduce errors, and speed up decision-making. Key features include:

  • Mobile stock management, where arrivals, transfers, moves, and inspections can be logged on the spot.
  • Barcode and VIN scanning, allowing staff to instantly identify vehicles without relying on manual notes.
  • Photo and attachment support, ensuring all condition reports, damage records, and documents stay with the vehicle record.
  • Daily Status Reports, providing a live log of all changes to the yard — from reconditioning updates to exceptions and transfers.

Key features include:

  • Rapid quote creation, with customer and vehicle history automatically retrieved.
  • Smart templates and pricing rules, reducing the need for manual entry.
  • One-click conversion from quote to booking, repair order, and parts requisition.
